MPPET COUNSELING throu AIEEE : DATES CONFIRMED

Admission against all India seats in B.E courses in autonomous (govt.) / govt. aided & university institutions & against J&K migrant/resident seats in all the engineering institutions of state of Madhya Pradesh through AIEEE-2009

1st Round of counseling start from 18 -19 AUG 08
2nd Round of counseling will held on 22 AUG 08

Note:
1. Only those candidates are eligible to appear for counselling whose applications have been received on or before 17th August 2009 by 02:00 PM.Candidates who have yet not applied can also apply, by depositing a draft of Rs.2500/- in favour of Secretary ECCA, Bhopal payable at Bhopal, till 17th August 2009 upto 02:00 p.m.. However, no spot registration would be allowed on the days of counselling.
2. The candidates must note that as there are approximately only 348 All India seats, which are to be filled through AIEEE-2009 counselling, therefore, only selected candidates based on merit are called for this counselling. The counselling will be conducted till seats last.
3. As per above schedule, you are called for counselling to take chance for
admission, your admission will be based on your merit and availability of vacant
seats. If at the time of your chance (according to merit) vacant seats are not
available, then you will loose the chance for admission, in that case the ECCA
will not be responsible.
4. The registration fee shall not be refunded in case a candidate is not called for counselling or all the seats are filled before his/her turn on the day of counselling.
5. If seats remain vacant after 1st round of counselling only then 2nd round of counselling will be conducted on 24-08-2009.
6. Status of vacant seats after each session of Counselling will be available on our website www.mpecca.org 7. J&K Migrants/Residents can claim admission under either JK Migrants or JK Resident category and not in both.
8. Normally seats will be allotted on the same day of counselling, however, candidates should come prepared to stay for two days for the Counselling (if required).
